Ingredients
- 1,400 ml up broiler fryer chicken skin removed (cut)
- 120 ml honey
- 30 ml mustard
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml sodium chicken broth (reduced)
- 1 gr lemon peel (grated)
- 1 gr salt
Heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Cover and grill chicken, bone sides down, 5-6 from medium heat 15-30 minutes. Turn chicken.
Cover and grill 20-40 minutes longer, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with honey mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Discard any remaining honey mixture. 6 servings.
