Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 apples (diced)
- 200 gr sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 120 gr raisins
- 65 gr cocoa if chocolate cake is desired
- 55 gr butter
- 34 gr nuts (chopped)
- 7 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
Cream butter or margarine. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Blend in beans. Sift together dry ingredients.Add to creamed mixture, blending well. Fold in apples, raisins, nuts & vanilla.Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 190ÂșC oven 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Can frost with maple frosting.
