Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 round
- 3/4 bisquick
- 325 ml milk
- 210 gr chicken
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 110 gr broccoli (frozen chopped)
- 80 gr onion
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
or 1 litre square casser Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10x 4 cm. Rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 1.3333333333333 c. of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 min. with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 min. or til knife inserted comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 min. longer or just til cheese is melted. Cool 5 min. FOR half RECIPE: Use 1 litre square or round casserole. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to half c. Divide remaining ingred. amts. in half. Decrease beat time to 10 sec. in blender and 30 sec. with whisk or hand beater. HIGH ALT: bake 35-45 min. For half recipe use 45 min.
