Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tuna
- 1 bisquick baking mix
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 350 ml milk
- 230 gr cheese cheddar
- 34 gr celery thinly (sliced)
- 30 gr green onions (sliced)
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr lemon rind (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
: Approx. Cook Time: :40 Preheat oven to 180ºC . Grease pie plate, 10x 4 cm. Layer tuna, clery, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in centre comes out clean (about 40 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
