Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 240 ml sour cream
- 240 gr breadcrumbs
- 110 gr butter
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml tabasco sauce
- 1 gr paprika
- some garlic
Butter a baking dish. Combine the garlic, sour cream, lemon juice, paprika, and tabasco. Marinate the chicken in the mixture OVERNIGHT in the refrigerator. Roll the chicken in the bread crumbs and place in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake in 180ºC , 1 hr.
