Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/8 lemon extract
- 425 ml irish whiskey
- 325 ml evaporated milk
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr chocolate syrup
- 1 gr instant coffee
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week before serving. We found this best after 1 to 2 weeks. Store in refrigerator. Liqueur may be served at room temp by removing from refrigerator an hour or two before serving. Use within 6 months.
