Ingredients
- 1 parmesan cheese
- 500 gr unpared zucchini (julienned)
- 300 gr tomatoes seeds removed (chopped)
- 260 gr italian sausage
- 60 gr onions (chopped)
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
- 1 ml tabasco sauce
- 1 gr oregano
Slice sausage in 1 cm slices; brown in wok or large skillet. Add onions when sausage is nearly done. Drain. Add tomatoes, zucchini, lemon juice, salt, Tobasco sauce and oregano. Cook, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, stiring frequently. Remove to serving plate; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with crusty Italian bread. Yield 4 servings.
