Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 700 ml water
- 170 gr long spaghetti (uncooked)
- 140 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 14 gr sugar
- 2 gr oregano leaves
- 2 packages spaghetti sauce mix w
- 1 package pitted ripe olives
Grated Parmesan cheese Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet or Dutch oven until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Serve sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
