Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 pie crusts
- 450 gr packed brown sugar
- 350 ml evaporated milk
- 7 gr ginger
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr mace
- 1 gr salt
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, mace, ginger, clove and salt. Stir until well combined. Blend in milk. Pour filling in pie shells. Bake at 220ºC for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180ºC and continue cooking 30 to 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. ----
