Ingredients
- 8 green candied cherries
- 8 candied cherries (red halved)
- 2 eggs
- 1 mincemeat
- 400 ml sweatened condensed milk
- 325 gr unsifted flour
- 200 gr pecans
- 180 gr candied pineapple
- 95 gr apricots
- 5 gr baking soda
Preheat oven to 300. Grease and flour 25 cm tube or fluted tube pan. Combine flour and baking soda. In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool ----
