- 6 lobster tails (frozen)
- 6 patty shells
- 2 lobster cook
- 1 sauce (white)
- 1 pimento dice (red)
- 1 parsely
- 1/2 sauterne
- 1,900 ml salt water boiling
- 240 ml milk
- 240 ml cream
- 65 gr ripe olives (chop)
- 55 gr butter
- 45 gr mushrooms (sliced canned)
- 32 gr flour
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
