Ingredients
- 575 gr skinned potatoes (red)
- 475 ml sour cream
- 60 gr crumbled blue cheese
- 60 gr green onion stems
- 8 gr celery salt
- 8 gr black pepper (ground)
- 1 gr celery leaves (dried)
Cook potatoes, then cut into small pieces, leaving skins on. Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving. Made by John Harned, Summer 1992.
