Ingredients
- 9 i make this pie from prepared pumpkin (fresh)
- 2 eggs
- 1 pie shell
- 475 gr pumpkin
- 475 gr you freeze extra pumpkin for later use
- 400 ml cream (heavy)
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 30 ml whiskey
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr ginger
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
inserted in center comes out clean. NOTE: if you have any pumpkin filling left over, pour in custard cups and bake for about half hour. Absolutely delicious. This is not a pie for the calorie-conscious, but it is one of my best and treasured recipes! Enjoy. ----
