Ingredients
- 250 gr flour
- 28 gr paprika
- 18 gr salt
- 18 gr pepper
- 16 ml mustard (ground)
- 16 gr jamaica ginger (ground)
- 6 gr french thyme (ground)
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 2 gr oregano (ground)
- 1 gr sweet basic leaves
Mix all spices and flour together. Take pieces of cut-up chicken and dip in raw egg (slightly beaten). Roll in spices. Fry chicken in oil. Bake in 180ÂșC oven for 45 minutes in foil.
