Ingredients
- 1 confectioners sugar
- 260 ml milk chocolate kisses
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr flour
- 120 gr walnuts
- 100 gr sugar
- 4 gr vanilla extract
In large bowl, cream butter,sugar and vanilla; add flour and walnuts. Beat on low speed with electric mixer until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Wrap each kiss with about 1 tablespoon dought, covering each candy completely. Roll each between palms to form a ball. Place about 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake about 10 minutes, until center of cookies look set and edges are light brown. May roll in confectioners's sugar while warm. Cool on wire racks. Store in tins or airtight containers. Yield 3 dozen
