- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 260 gr golden crisco shortening
- 240 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 150 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 55 gr cocoa
- 45 ml milk
- 14 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking soda
Hint: Smaller cookies can be made using 1 tablespoon (15 mL) dough for each cookie. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen cookies. ----
