Ingredients
- 12 rip chops
- 6 lamb loin
- 1 thi
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 200 gr peach syrup
- 120 ml lime juice
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr lime peel (grated)
Drain peaches, reserving syrup. In small saucepan, combine syrup with lime juice, peel and ginger. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 10 cm from source of heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing frequently with lime sauce. Broil peach halves 5 minutes, basting with lime sauce.
