Ingredients
- 1 1/2 leg of lamb (boneless cut into)
 - 1 clove garlic (minced)
 - 1 squares
 - 60 ml lemon juice (fresh)
 - 60 ml olive oil
 - 1 slice scallion (finely sliced)
 - some with
 - some cayenne pepper if you wish
 
Position the broiler pan 4 to 13 cm away from the heat source and preheat th e broiler. Thread lamb cubes on skewers. Broil kebabs for 6 to 7 minutes a side or until lamb is cooked through.
