Ingredients
- 4 egg whites (whole slightly beaten)
- 1 env spaghetti sauce mix
- 1,100 gr chicken breast (ground)
- 240 ml water
- 220 gr bread crumbs (white)
- 120 gr onions (chopped)
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12-cup fluted pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, water, spaghetti sauce mix, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until well blended. Pack firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 1 and quarter hours. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold.
