Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 190 gr cake flour
- 150 gr sugar
- 85 gr butter
- 85 gr raisins (chopped)
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add lemon juice and rind. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to first mixture. Add raisins. Mix thoroughly. Turn onto lightly floured board. Roll in sheet 0 cm thick. Cut with floured cutter. Place on slightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (425 F) 10-12 minutes. 24 servings ----
