- 1 vegetable cooking spray lemon glaze
- 1,400 gr bundt coated with vegetable cooking spray (pan)
- 240 gr egg substitute
- 100 gr sugar
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 60 ml water
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 9 gr poppy seeds
Lemon Glaze: half cup sifted powdered sugar 2 Tablespoons lemon juice Combine powdered sugar and juice, stirring until smooth. Makes quarter cup.
