Ingredients
- 120 ml sour cream
- 65 gr pineapple
- 6 gr green pepper
- 4 gr lemon
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr lemon rind
- 2 gr onion
- 1 ml mustard
- 1 gr celery salt
Combine all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Makes 1 cup relish. Great with Buttermilk Fried Shark.
