Ingredients
- 950 ml yogurt (frozen)
- 425 ml water
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml nonfat milk
- 60 ml apple sauce
- 45 gr cocoa
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
; fat Preheat oven to 180ºC . Spray 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt with quarter cup of the cocoa. Blend in apple sauce, vanilla and milk. Spoon batter into pan. Combine brown sugar, quarter cup cocoa and hot water. Stir to blend. Pour over batter in pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove cake and cool in pan. Serve with a scoop of lowfat frozen yogurt and spoon chocolate suace that has formed on the bottom over the brownie as a topping.
