Ingredients
- 20 shrimp (peeled)
- 1 green onion
- 45 ml lime juice
- 18 gr cilantro (chopped)
- 8 gr pepper (red minced)
- 5 ml olive oil
- 3 gr jalapeno chili (minced)
- 1 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 gr salt
Whisk together all ingredients except shrimp. Toss 2 tablespoons dressing with shrimp. Chill 30 minutes. Preheat broiler. Broil shrimp 1.5 minute per side, until opaque. Toss with remaining dressing and 1 T minced red pepper. Cool. Serve with cucumber slices.
