Ingredients
- 350 gr maries ranch salad
- 38 gr spinach (frozen chopped)
- 30 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 18 gr dry vegetable soup mixture
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover, refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours. Garnish with additional chopped walnuts. Serve with fresh vegetables for dipping or use as a filling for fresh mushroom caps. Makes 1.5 cups. Typed by Dale/Gail Shipp
