Ingredients
- 40 chicken drumettes
- 160 ml honey
- 180 ml soy sauce
- 45 ml dry mustard
- 20 ml vegetable oil
Put drumettes into a plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into the bag. Close bag securely and shake until chicken is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place rack on top of baking sheet. Remove chicken from bag and place on the rack. Bake for 30 minutes, until wings are crisp and golden.
