Ingredients
- 6 asa harina
- 5 jalapeno peppers (whole)
- 5 of garlic (cloves minced)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 oney
- 1/2 omato paste
- 1,400 gr rough beef (ground)
- 525 gr rough pork (ground)
- 475 ml omato sauce
- 350 ml beer
- 350 ml water
- 130 gr hopped bell pepper
- 30 ml oy sauce
- 18 gr cumin (ground)
- 16 ml absco sauce
Put beer and water into a large pot and bring to a boil. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste. Fry meat & then add to pot. Saute the onions and Bell peppers in the meat grease and add to pot. Add tomato paste and all other ingredients. Cook for 45 minutes stirring often.
