Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 nbsp
- 575 gr pineapple (crushed)
- 450 gr icing sugar
- 400 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 230 ml philadelphia cream cheese
- 110 gr margarine
- 90 gr walnuts
- 10 ml soda
- 4 gr vanilla
Combine cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in a greased & floured pan for 35 mins.
Cool cake. Prepare frosting. Frost cake once cooled.
