Ingredients
- 2 pita rounds
- 120 ml yogurt (plain)
- 60 gr dry cashews (roasted)
- 50 gr cucumber (chopped)
- 30 gr onion (chopped red)
- 1 gr snipped (fresh)
In a medium mixing bowl stir together yogurt, cilantro or parsley, and curry powder. Stir in cashews, cucumber, sweet pepper and red onion. Spoon evenly into split pita rounds.
