- 2 eggs
- 210 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr peanut butter
- 170 gr margarine softened
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 120 gr quick-cooking oats
- 110 gr brown sugar (light)
- 7 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 180ºC . In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in M&M Semi-sweet chocolate candies until evenly blended. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 dozen minutes until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks.
