Ingredients
- 5 pimento (pieces)
- 2 level (finely ground)
- 1 pepper (white)
- 400 gr beef (lean)
- 230 gr pork (lean)
- 110 gr green pork back fat
- 12 gr salt
- 2 gr thyme
- 1 gr marjoram
Cinnamon Mince pork, beef and fat through 8mm disc. Mix herbs and spices and sprinkle over meat mass and mix all together by hand for 5-10 mins. Fit funnel to mixer and fill pork casings. Twist into length of choice.
