Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 170 gr mushrooms (chopped)
- 120 gr onions (chopped)
- 110 gr melted butter
- 85 gr mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 60 gr parmasean cheese (grated)
- 40 gr margarine
- 14 gr parsley (chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 8 slices bread (sliced white)
Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine. Remove from heat. Add parsley, eggs, cheeses and seasoning. Combine well. Trim crusts from bread and cut into 4 equal squares. Roll pieces flat with a rolling pin. Dip bread in melted butter and arrange in miniture muffin tins. Fill each with mushroom-cheese mixture. Bake 180ÂșC or 20-25 minutes.
