Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 240 ml bottled clam juice
- 120 ml whipping cream
- 60 gr onion
- 3 gr parsley
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 packages clams with liquid (minced)
- some salt and pepper
cream, if used. Sprinkle with parsley or diced pork or bacon. Serve immediately.
