Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna (drained)
- 280 gr chicken (chopped cooked)
- 190 gr cottage cheese
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 60 gr torn spinach
- 55 gr dry noodles (uncooked)
- 32 gr pimiento draned
- 28 gr margarine
- 3 gr celery salt
- 1 gr pepper
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add margarine, celery salt and pepper. Toss lightly. In large bowl combine noodles, spinach, meat, mushrooms, cottage cheese, pimiento and Cheddar cheese. Spoon into 3 litre casserole. Bake for 30-35 mins. at 180ÂșC . Stir 2-3 times while cooking so spinach doesn't dry out.=20
