Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 240 ml water
- 240 ml wine (red)
- 130 gr cans no-salt tomatoes
- 95 gr cans no-salt tom paste
- 4 gr oregano leaves (dried)
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr pepper
In a deep saucepan, cook onion in oil or PAM until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Taste after 1.5 hours and adjust seasoning. Sauteed mushrooms are a great addition.
