Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 eggs
- 375 gr gold medal all-purpose flour
- 270 gr sugar
- 170 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 38 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr cinnamon (ground)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat 1.3333333333333 cups sugar; the margarine, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Shape each part dough on lightly floured surface into roll, 3 cm in diameter and about 38 cm long. Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with fork to about 2 cm thickness. Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over rolls. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until light brown on the edges. Slice diagonally into about 3 cm strips while warm. About 5 dozen cookies.
