Ingredients
- 450 gr julienne of (baked)
- 90 ml salad oil
- 60 ml cream (heavy)
- 30 ml cider vinegar
- 6 gr onion (minced)
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr parsley (minced)
- 1 slice egg (hard boiled)
Sliced Mix cut meats with onion. Beat together oil, vinegar, pepper and parsley. Stir cream into dressing. Mix with meats combining lightly. Garnish with sliced egg and beet. Served as a main dish salad.
