Ingredients
- 1 onion (grated)
- 60 gr bleu cheese
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 55 gr cheddar (grated)
- 85 ml cream cheese
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
Blend together well the cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Add 0.125 pound of chopped nuts and blend well again. Form into a large ball and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature one hour before serving. Roll in 0.125 pound of chopped nuts. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
