Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 375 gr all purpose flour
- 300 gr rolled oats
- 230 gr butter
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr raisins
- 60 ml water (hot)
- 30 ml molasses
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
Recipe by: Jo Merrill Beat the eggs and add the other ingredients; mix well. Drop on a buttered cookie sheet. Press flat. Bake at 160ÂșC or about 15 minutes. ----
