Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 180 ml honey
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 160 gr quick-cooking oats
- 150 gr ripe bananas mashed
- 110 gr butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 2 gr salt
In a mixing bowl, cram butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and honey; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 180ÂșC or 18-20 minutes or until cupcakes test done. Cool in pan 10
