Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 oat bran
- 350 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 300 gr old fashioned oats
- 280 gr packed brown sugar
- 230 gr butter
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr raisins
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Whisk flour, baking soda and salt together. Stir into butter mixture. Add chocolate chips, oats, raisins and oat bran. Stir until well blended. Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
