Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 crisco
- 325 gr flour
- 300 gr dry oats
- 300 gr sugar
- 240 ml water
- 170 gr golden raisins
- 120 gr nuts
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking powder
liquid to make half cup. Heat oven to 200ºC F. Mix together crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in reserved liquid. Slowly blend in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonsonto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake -10ºC 10 minutes or until cookies are golden. Makes 6 dozen cookies. Store in airtight containers. ----
