Ingredients
- 1 ham hock
- 1,500 gr pole beans
- 1,200 ml water
- 6 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Remove strings from beans, cutting beans into 5 cm pieces. Wash beans. Place water and ham hock in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour.
