Ingredients
- 95 gr unpeeled apple (chopped)
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 30 gr walnuts (finely chopped)
- 22 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 4 slices bread (toasted)
- 4 slices monterey jack cheese
- 1 package tuna in oil
Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a bowl, combine tuna, apple, onion, walnuts, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread on bread; top with a cheese slice. Broil 10 cm from the heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
