Ingredients
- 18 graham crackers fine crush about
- 950 ml vanilla ice cream softened
- 170 ml orange juice concentrate
- 75 gr margarine melted
- 60 gr crumbs
- 50 gr sugar
- 1 slice cool whip orange (thawed)
In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 23 cm pie plate. Set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, blend ice cream and orange juice concentrate; spread in prepared crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with Cool Whip and orange slices.
