Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 350 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar (white)
- 65 gr pecans (chopped)
- 30 ml orange juice
- 6 gr orange rind (grated)
- 1 gr baking soda
Cream butter. Add egg; beat well. Add orange rind, juice, sifted dry ingredients and pecans. Mix well. Shape into a roll (or rolls), wrap in waxed paper and place in refrigerator for several hours, or overnight. With a sharp knife, slice thin, and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes Makes about 4 dozen. ----
