Ingredients
- 6 egg
- 700 ml milk
- 250 gr american cheese
- 22 gr onion
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 10 slices bread (sliced white)
- 1 package spinach
Heat ove to 160ºC . Remove crusts from bread and cut into cubes. Beat eggs, milk and seasons. Stir in bread cubes, cheese, onion and spinach. Pour into lightly greased baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until center is set. Serve immediately.
