Ingredients
- 4 roma tomatoes seeded (whole)
- 2 spoons
- 1 pepper sprig dill (white fresh)
- 1 cook pasta
- 150 gr penne pasta
- 110 gr smoked salmon (cut into)
- 160 ml whipping cream
- 75 gr vodka
- 30 ml olive oil
- 9 gr dill (fresh chopped)
- 1 gr dill weed (dried)
- 1 slice shallot thinly (whole sliced)
Season to taste with white pepper and garnish with dill springs.
