• 30 gr asiago cheese coarsely (grated)
• 10 ml basil-flavored olive oil
• 4 gr basil (chopped fresh)
• 1 gr salt divided

Grilled Tuna With Mint Viniagrette

• 6 roma tomatoes seeded
• 4 tuna steaks (fresh)
• 3 garlic (cloves)
• 2 shallots (minced)
• 1 salt and pepper
• 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
• 30 ml lime juice
• 3 gr mint (fresh chopped)
• 2 gr parsley min (fresh)
