Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 850 gr peaches (canned sliced)
- 120 ml milk
- 230 ml cream cheese softened
- 100 gr sugar
- 95 gr flour
- 85 gr vanilla pudding
- 65 gr reserved syrup
- 14 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, egg and milk in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 9 or 25 cm pie pan. Place drained peach slices over batter.
2. Combine cream cheese, half c sugar and 3 T reserved syrup; beat 2 minutes. Spoon to within 3 cm of edge of batter. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30-35 minutes.
